ATE:
Breakfast, 10am: Nectarine, Banana
Lunch, 12:00pm: 1/3 C Yogurt Soup (40% with half/half, roasted spices, salt/pepper), 1/2 English Cucumber, 1 serving Tomato
Gratin Salad
Early Supper: 3:30pm 1/2 chicken breast (stuffed with feta, onions, kalamata olives, herbs) 1/2 C quinoa/rice pilaf.
--Feel full. I would like a cup of coffee this evening. I dunno why I am craving it, (cause it usually hurts tummy, but I am)
SLEPT:
8hours. Didnt get up until 8:30, felt rushed to get to 9am class.
WORKOUT: (I have decided to schedule workouts and treat them as if I had an appt with trainer myself!)
Workout so far: Cardio, 1:30pm, 40 mintues. Avg HR: 146 BPM. Read book, made the time fly.
Scheduled to lift Upper Body at 7pm.
