In response to comments on my last entry regarding writing about cars as being stereotypically manly- I present another update on our four wheeled friends.
Every man has those specific cars that he will absolutely spoodge over, cars that make him smile, that really mess with his head. I present to you a few of mine. Now this is not a definative list, and it is subject to change according to my mood, nor are these placed in any sort of order. Also there are many other cars out there that I would die for, such as the 1978 Lincoln Mark V, that are not included- be it because I couldn't find proper images or because the sheer beauty of them would cause you a slow and painful death- you decide.
So without further bullshit- here they are.
The afore mentioned 2006 Dodge Charger SRT-8. This is one frigging sweet looking sedan, the 425 hp 6.1L HEMI isn't too shabby either, and in red this car can turn heads.
The 2005 Ford Mustang GT also makes my current list of favourites. The styling of this car is retro, and yet so very modern. GM should really watch the sales of this car, then after they can cry, for they were stupid to kill the Camaro.
The 2004 Mercury Marauder. This car is sexy, just damn sexy, it was marketed as the return of the American muscle car- but poor sales as a result of poor post-launch marketing got this car axed after only three years in production.
The Marauder Convertible Concept. It never made it into production, which is quite sad, but that is one gorgeous machine.
The 2004 Ford Super Duty King Ranch. This truck is big, it is damn big, it is so big it scares small children. Not only that, but it looks agressive, this fucking truck looks like it will sneak into your room at night and rape the shit out of you. This is not a truck you want to fuck around with, it will eat you and then proceed to steal your television. Heh, and a 6.8 liter V10 is nice too. Fuck fuel efficiency and fuck the environment- this thing probabally gets about 12 mpg's on a good day.
The 2005 GMC Yukon is as nice as ever. The one pictured above has the Denali trim package, I'd prefere a little less luxury and molding, but I like the picture and I'm not picky. My parents have a '99 Yukon, and aside from little quarks with the transmission it is quite a nice vehicle, and I do love them.
The 1986 Ford LTD Crown Victoria LX is one damn sexy car. You know you'd hit it. These things with their 5.0L V8's are babe magnets. I'd love to own one...
