What a nice lady
It's 1am. The guy who's been taking care of our downstairs neighbor's dog while that neighbor is on a trip just came home. How do I know? The guy and his female friend walk into the alleyway drunk, clattering the gate open as they enter and arguing about which pizzeria in New Haven they prefer.
Guy: Come on, what are you waiting for?
Girl: I'm waiting for Nina. [sees me in the window, but still yelling] I'm a RESPECTFUL tenant.
(at least the guy, a "model", was conducting this argument while shirtless)
