Midnight shenanigans
Jeez! A white Hyundai Element just zipped down San Pablo going at least 100 mph. It's the fastest I've ever seen anyone go on that street. A police car was pursuing it and had it's sirens on for just a second, but then decided to turn them off because it was clear the person had no intention of stopping and it was really late to make so much racket. Within the three minutes after that, at least another 6 police cars zipped down in pursuit, some with sirens, some without. Someone musta done something bad...
