I know none of you know who Kratos is, but it's still a pretty nice drabble. AND only 100 words! I am so proud of myself!

From the beginning, I could tell you were familiar.
I didn't know who you were, but I felt like I knew you.
I didn't recognize you, but I saw myself in you.
I didn't remember you, but somehow you jogged my memory.
Your identity bewildered me.
Until I saw her grave.
And then I realized
You were my son.
And that was how I knew you.
Separated for seemingly a lifetime
But somehow together now on this twisted journey.
If only...
If only you knew who I was.
Not a mercenary.
Not a seraph.
But your father.
