Hey hey hey now, I don't think that's called for.
OH MAN. So, it's almost the end of the year, and this business hasn't been updated in quite a while. Not that there's really anyone who reads this. Funny, maybe I should tell some people that this exists so then at least this won't all be written for nothing. But hey, it's all good. I can just ramble on to my heart's content even if no one feels the need to read any of it. XD
But yeah! The final week of my freshmen year at college is drawing to a close, amazing as that may sound. I have a hell of a lot of work to do before anything can be really over, however. Despite all my hopes that I could avoid all of it. On Friday I'll be going home, but of course there's still summer jobs and all that nonsense that I have to take care of, plus awesome-spectacular trips to visit school friends. And then home friends, of course, will be around to be all kinds of awesome with me. Summer is such an awesome time once you're past a certain age cause then you just kind of do whatever you want. Except usually that involves summer jobs too. That's lame, but necessary for all the awesome things that you end up doing. Like, this year we're probably going to Six Flags again. And if I want to visit school friends, that means I need money in order to get there and back again. Plus anything else I need to spend money on, that ridiculous green paper.
So, summer's coming up. Freedom and all that. But even before that is finals. Which means final projects, final papers, and just plan finals. Like the tests. Which are obnoxious. Though I only have one. But I have a lot of projects to finish up and a few papers still. I'm pretty sure, actually, that I don't have anything finished, which isn't good. Almost everything is started, but there will be a lot of last-minute scrambling to get everything done, which, I guess, is to be expected considering it's me, the Queen of Procrastination. Oh well, hopefully it'll all work out. Lots of stuff to do.
Another cool thing! I got a DS a few weeks ago, as well as HeartGold, the new Pokemon game. (If anyone who ever ends up reading this doesn't know what that is. As strange as that may be. But it could happen.) I played it for like 30 hours the first week, but then of course with all the end-of-the-year nonsense I haven't been able to recently. I have, however, been carrying around my Pokewalker religiously, changing out Pokemon every once in a while. (And don't complain that I'm not putting the accent on the e, I'm being really lazy, get over it.) Another good thing about the summer is that I can finish Pokemon. But considering that I never told my mom that I bought a DS, it could also end very badly...
So I think that's about it for me tonight. I should go to sleep, because tomorrow I really need to do a lot of work on all of those projects and stuff. So much to do, so little time. Four days til I'm finished. Two papers, a sculpture, a final film, a final story, and a final exam left. I'm pretty sure I can do this.
