Nine months in
It has been nine months since I became a supervisor, and while I had some doubts about my decision to become one, I am now glad to have become one. I’ve had all types of challenges come my way, and I’ve had to step out of my comfort zone so many times that my zone has become larger.
I certainly have a lot of things to learn as a supervisor, so I will continue looking for ways to improve myself.
We also have a new director, and he brings a lot of big ideas and goals for our department. I look forward to helping meet the challenges that these ideas and goals will bring.
