Maaaan ohh man. MAN!!!
I just came out of a free advance-screening of "The U," ESPN's 30-for-30 segment documenting Miami's football dominance from '83 to '91.
'Twas sick.
I had to duck out of the post-screening Q-and-A with the director (a UM grad), plus a few former players, because I was already twenty minutes late for work.
And now I'm here, babysitting a bunch of clueless graphic designers in the computer lab until midnight. I've got a headache and an 11-am Management final tomorrow (which I should really start studying for). Pleh.
But seriously, this movie was such a great cap to an awesome, awesome football season (one that will actually end in 19 days, when we'll beat Wisconsin in the 2009 Champs Bowl). I'll go into a lot more detail in a later post, but UM football has been a huge chunk of my college life, and I'm sad to leave it behind.
