Stuff
Not much has been going on lately, other than me asking myself why I still live in this state. I mean 2 weeks ago I had the motorcycle out and now they are predicting 5 inches of snow for tomorrow.
I was volunteered to coach 1st grade soccer. I'm a little nervous about it, and it starts this Thursday. But, it was the "we don't have enough coaches how would you like to coach Kiefer's team" that convinced me to do it. Now I just have to hope that there won't be some sort of first grader mutiny.
A friend of mines wife was diagnosed with breast cancer recently and they are sponsoring a team to run in the Race for the Cure. The team name is Cammie's Boobs Behaving Badly and since he didn't want to be the only guy wearing a Boobs Behaving Badly shirt I'm running it too. I haven't run at all over the winter so it should be pretty funny - I might do more walking than running. Oh and I started going to a German language conversational group that I found out about through meetup.com. Turns out that there are 2 separate groups in town. It's actually sort of fun to do something that doesn't just involve sitting at a bar.
I can't think of anything more. It's amazing how much of life is just wrapped up in the mundane. Going to work, making supper, cleaning up, going to sleep and then starting over the next day.
