Today I went to see Cabaret at the Stanley Theatre.
Although I can't say that it was as great as the version I saw at the Grand Theatre in London, Ontario (which starred JEFF, the mannequin from TODAY'S SPECIAL), I CAN say that it was FANTASTIC! I laughed extremely hard, and tickets were only $18.50 (second row, excellent view). The acting, for the most part, was very strong (with a few sorry exceptions), the choreography was shockingly scandalous and fun, and the story was very heartwarming..........at first. GO!!!
I want to see MORE...starting with Measure for Measure at Bard on the Beach! Any theatre-goers out there?
