Title: Two Novembers
Pairing: Kris/Adam, Kradamaty friendship
Rating: PG
Words: 3500 or so

aianonlovefest prompt "Kris turns up one rainy night on Adam's doorstep.."
Broken with just himself and his newborn baby girl in his arms after Katy walks out on both of them.
Author's note Not remotely real in any way. Slightly angsty, then completely schmoopy. if you have a Adam !baby thing, well, there's a lot of that.
November 2012
It had been raining for almost a week now. The air in California had acquired almost a Midwestern humidity and Adam hated it. It made everyone miserable, his hair terrible and frankly he missed the sun. Yesterday, Kris had called him, excited about getting caught in the rain. Adam had told him that some people did not grow up in the marshes, and sunlight was appreciated. Adam smiled, lying on his bed, too lazy to get up and do anything, too bored to move himself. He should have been sleeping at this time of night, but the constant pouring outside of his window distracted him.
(Until that moment Adam had never understood unconditional love) Title: You'll Be So Good For Me
Pairing: Kradam, with bonus appearances by David Cook, Matt Giraud, Megan Joy, Michael Sarver, Alexis Grace, Alisan Porter and Brad Bell (all in very minor roles)
Rating oh so very PG
Summary based off the John Mayer song "Love Song For No One" (also where the title comes from. Alternate Reality
Disclaimer/Warning/Thank You People may be real, but not here, not these situations. Umm kind of angsty at first??? Special thank you to
pinkygoldfishfor kind words of advice about the ending and the fic in general
The empty room at the back of the house had the best acoustics. But that wasn't why Kris kept it empty. The whole place was one lone shabby gray couch, a closet of plaid and denim, a guitar and piles of sheet music, scattered across every room, marked up and crossed out. It had been a year since Kris had come here from Arkansas, and he had never felt the need to decorate much. The music brought him to California, so that was important.
(Kris supposed that made him pathetic and lonely. Then again he was)
