Still loving this, and it wasn't that bad at all, was expecting much worse, more graphic, had steeled myself to skip over but it was enough to give the idea of why Adam is like that. I have to say this hits home a little as I suffered trauma as well when I was young and I am generally ok but still freeze up and feel panic rise in me during certain situations, I can just shake it off but it never really leaves you. So I can empathize with the Adam character here but kindness and love can overcome most evil and I know Kris will help him :-)
