My Adam Poster. Round 3. (In need of advice!)

Well it's coming along. Slowly. xD
Here's some pictures.
(All from camera phone, bad quality, sorry.)
Ok, so. I changed few things that people have suggested. Nose is a little thinner (I plan on making those lines a little less visible, though), added a little blue to the hair (although you can't tell from the picture, really), attempted to make the arm thicker, closer to the body, and attempted at making the hand not suck. It still doesn't look quite right.
I've started to color in the jacket. It'll all be black. It looks kinda strange right now cuz I haven't completed coloring it.
I have a blendy pencil thing, so the colors hopefully won't look all uneven once I'm finished.
I took a picture of myself in the mirror holding an apple, and copied that mostly... I think it may be a little apparent.. I have smaller hands and skinny fingers.
I dunno the hand just isn't looking right, to me. Let me know if you have ANY tips or thoughts about how to change it and make it look better.
The arm also looks pretty off. I've always been bad at arms/hands. D: I plan on making the sleeve sort of baggier to somewhat cover up the fact that the arm sucks?
Any tips/suggestions on this?
Soooo whether you're an artist or not, tell me what you think about it.
