Fuck damn laksjdfaosiu I'm pretty sure I fuckin' loved this. Especially everything starting at "I know the song is on her knees" and after. Lovelovelove that last line, too.

Gosh I LOVE this story so bloody much. It was amazingly awesome. The whole thing, Kris being a wreck, Adam telling him to sort his fucking shit out and then Kris at the end nailing the song. PERFECT. Very much looking forward to more of this :)

Oh I have MISSED this. And when I say missed, I mean I started as soon as I saw an update b/c I pretty much forget sometimes.
Theyre in deep. Past waist deep, in over their heads but not quite. Still floating. This, I'm playing the wrong song in my head. Pronouns are reversed; verbs are spinning backwards; the melody is unrecognizable., got me all riled up. In a really good way. First, who writes that? You, apparently. And secondly, the 'why' its happening to Kris. GAH. Emotional, metal wreckage is delicious. ♥♥♥

Holy fuck. I wait for updates to this story more eagerly than any other wip I'm reading (and I'm reading about ten of them right now). This is so intense and beautiful. Adam's pep talk is AWESOME, and Kris...whoa! Just...epic fucked-upness, and then he channels it all into this:

I pretend I'm singing it right into his shocked, dirty mouth.

Now I have to go watch him do that song again and imagine him singing it while he's right up against Adam. I believe this will make it even more enjoyable. *g*

etaI was right, it did make the song even more enjoyable. Although, from the way Kris was making out with the microphone, I think he was thinking of more than Adam's mouth. Okay, gotta watch it again. And read this again. Am I going to get any sleep? Mmmm...probably not so much.

and yeah... how gorgeous is he in that performance? he's totally in his own head, like nothing else is out there. i watched it about 50 times before writing that little bit at the end, hahaha.. (okay, so maybe some of the views were gratuitous self-indulgence, but whatever, haha)

It was...uuuhhhh...research! Yeah, research! *g*

One of my favorite things about that performance is that he looks a little rough, like, with the scruffy five o'clock shadow, and he's a little shiny, as if he's got this slight sheen of sweat, whereas they usually have him all powdered and perfect. I can see where it inspired that last line.
