I wasn't sure I could pull this off. The film that inspired the fic was a lot more supernatural, although it was very gradual and sort of snuck up on you. I didn't want to completely ignore that element of the story because I thought it did make a huge impact, I just didn't want it to be the main point. I actually thought, in the film, that it sort of diminished the relationship of the two main characters, and I didn't want to do that in the fic.

I'm not sure about a sequel, but anything is possible. Thanks again!

The gentle evolution of their relationship was beautiful and I loved how you handled Adam getting the house. *happy sigh* What a lovely ending.
