good that they sat down and talked this through. but kris is very fragile. i am worried that one bad day could send him spiralling downwards again. adam is really taking the reins here.

That's why Adam is taking the reins. He is well aware that Kris is fragile, and wants ZERO stress on him. This isn't the end of dealing with the aftermath of the suicide attempt, or with Kris's depression and self esteem issues. It is also why I took a bit of artistic license and pretended that their tours are over. This is set present day, as in right now, and obviously IRL they are both still touring, and I don't think it would have been possible to write this with them both still on the road. He won't let Kris crumble, I assure you. It is slow moving because IRL something like this could never be fixed over night. Thanks for sticking with me here.

Great chap! I'm really glad that Adam is not shrugging off Kris' behavior... I'm also relieved to see Adam not allowing Kris to shrug off his own behavior. Your Adam is quite insightful.

Tbanks! Adam's insightfulness is just because the RL Adam seems to read people pretty well..he might come off wild and all that, but when it comes down to it, he knows what's up. Glad you're enjoyng it. If I work fast and hard, you'll get at least one more installment tonight or early tomorrow.

Natural to worry about Kris! I know its slow moving, but, like I said, that's because dealing with something like this IRL will be slow moving. It isn't the kind of thing that is just *handled* the way Kris wants it to be. He has issues, and Adam will help him deal with them. Glad you like it, and thanks for reading and commenting!

Finally had time to sit down and read through all 5 parts you've written. For not having written fic before, this is really good! I totally felt the hurt and confusion on Kris' part that made him attempt suicide. Although I was surprised you went there, because that doesn't happen often in most fics. But, it was heartwrenching and sad. I'm glad Adam found and saved him. I don't think I'd have been able to keep reading if he hadn't made it. It would have been too sad. I need my happy!Kradam! ;D

First of all, your icon is making me swoon! Good grief he's gorgeous.
I debated not doing the dark! fic right away, but the best writing is the kind that comes straight from your muses, right? This was one plot that I figured would *never* be written... but the idea wouldn't leave me alone. so I took the plunge and broke my own rules and wrote it. I am quite sure I won't be as good as some of the epic LJ writers for a long time, but I am having fun, and really surprised that people are liking it, so that's what counts, right? Thanks for reading, another chapter coming in an hour or so, then it'll be like a chapter every day or every other day, something like that. <3

Thanks! I'm thinking the parts about the reasons for Kraty being married are true. I can't help but think that that marriage is a sham...obviously my own agenda(serious tinhatter here!) makes me WANT to think that, but still. Soemthing isn't right there. I also think the Adam settling for Tommy and other boys while Kris is off with his wife is true,as well as the mansion kissing,sneaking around,etc. Hopefully Kris's misery isn't though. Thanks for reading! The next part is up, and 7 & 8 will appear later in the week. <3
