(no subject)

Hokays, I'm picking random things from your interests, because they're made of win:
calling my cat charlie, football socks during winter, ptx-006 type-l variable trooper wildraubtier, that photo of tindy, and tilligerry peninsula =P

This is probably the only one with an interesting story!
One very boring day when I was about 15 I think, I decided it's be a good idea to stick my hand in the fire! So at first I kind of just waved it through the flames, but then I got brave and started tapping the wood that was burning. By the end of it my hand was covered in soot, so I got up and looked around for something convenient to wipe my hands on.
Coincidentally, my poor old cat just happened to be sitting on the lounge.
In a stroke of genius only a bored mind could conjure, I gave both her and myself "war paint" (ie I blackened the fur at the base of her whiskers), picked her up and started running around llike we was both back in 'nam. At this point, I started calling her charlie. My best friend and I have called her that ever since!
football socks during winter
This is a simple one! Winter time gets cold, and football socks are huge and warm! If I wear pants that completely conceal my legs, I'll wear the socks I played footy in back when I was 13-15.

From Super Robot Wars, the WildRaubtier is my favourite mech for no reason other than I soloed just about every level in OG with it. I even own the model~ (even though it's been kind of dismantled in it's box for most of the past 8 months) :(

tilligerry peninsula
It's a peninsula on which I used to live! There's about 4 small towns on it and another that extends off it. It's nowhere near as nice as the Tomaree peninsula, which is immeadiately to the south, but extends further east and has beaches that aren't made out of mud. The Tomaree peninsula also has a town named "Bob's Farm", which is the greatest town name ever, and Anna Bay, where ex Hi-5 member Charli Delaney (the hot one) was born and raised!
Uh yeah I don't even know why I've got tilly in my interests. It's a pretty horrid place actually.
