What is KPP?
KPP stands for "Kenshin's Pants Productions" our cosplay troupe name.
Why KPP?
The name "Kenshin's Pants Productions" originates from a chatroom Kelly ran nightly (hence the "We have fun in Kenshin's Pants Nightly" signs) that was labeled Kenshin's Pants ___ or ____ Kenshin's Pants. Something like "Kenshin's Pants Gone Disco!" or "We Love Kenshin's Pants" for example would be the title. So with that under our belt, we thought it would be hilarious if we could do a cosplay skit that somehow involved Kenshin's pants. This spawned the "What's in Kenshin's Pants?" skit at A-kon 2003 and the rest they say is history.
Where is KPP?
The core-members of KPP are from KAMO (Kansas/Missouri) and actually met due to something Kenshin-related (namely Jennie's Sanosuke winter coat). Our awesome friends, both local and otherwise, have joined us on many occasions to cosplay with us or perform with us in skits.
