Yes, five requests is the minimum. It's so that other participants will have more prompts to choose from when writing. :)

Sleep on it right now. The sign ups will be open until the 20th, so take your time coming up with new ones :)

Yes, you can repeat couples in your requests as long as you have five different prompts.

Recommended is five for each participant, but you can definitely claim more if you'd like. On the other hand, if you have trouble finding prompts you are able to fill, you can do less than five without penalty.
