yes, it's a pretty sad commentary on humans in general. Thousands of year and the human race still can't figure out that women are people. that's what's so scary about anti-feminist tbh, even in the western world we are still littered with gender based issues, but there are still countries where girls are married off at 12 years old to some middle aged man. the world still views rape as the woman's fault, domestic violence is wholly ignored and murdering/disfiguring a woman for not giving you what you want is accepted and justified. and this is supposed to be an improvement? equality? women being whiny?

don't get me started on my feminist rant, okay. there aren't enough hours in the day for me to explain why i'm so passionate about things like this. DON'T GET ME STARTED.
omg you aren't annoying me at all. clearly, i'm rather passionate about the subject matter and i love the hell outta this fic. so i love talking about this, promise ^^
i still wanted to keep the fic somewhat realistic, but it's definitely on the idealistic side of things. (hopefully) nothing will be too unbelievable but it will be void of most of the darker realities of arranged marriages.
