my favorite too :)
i think the thing about wooyoung is, as everyone has agreed in multiple interviews, that he's very witty and funny in a sort of biting way, which is more difficult to write than your average trait. his humor can be harsh and has been known to rub people the wrong way (see: cutting off junsu on a radio show) when they don't know not to take him too seriously. he also tends to shove people around (physically) when he's joking around with them.
he's also not by default a very friendly and outgoing person: he has definitely lightened up recently, but when he first entered jyp everyone said that wooyoung made a bad first impression because he was so reserved and apathetic towards others. in the earlier 2pm videos, you can see that wooyoung doesn't smile too often. i feel like wooyoung is very protective of himself and those who are important to him (see: hot blood for jo kwon, and jay...), so he could come across as standoffish if you didn't know him too well.
based on what others have said about him, wooyoung seems to think a lot/overthink things and keep those thoughts to himself, so even if he may not show it, he can be really sensitive. he doesn't think too highly of himself and has a lot of insecurities (cheeks, singing, etc).
he may have only recently gotten his first kiss but he really likes pretty girls, lol, so he's definitely not as innocent as everyone assumes.
he also seems to be good at reading the general mood of a situation and then adjusting to it. he's not past making a fool of himself on camera in order to draw attention away from a potentially awkward situation or to liven up the atmosphere. in wild bunny ep. 1, when the members are busy being annoyed at each other, wooyoung's insistence on continuing karaoke is not oblivion but an attempt to diffuse the heaviness of the atmosphere and balance out khun's sulkiness. he's clearly annoyed too but he'd rather make sure the situation doesn't get out of hand (on camera, at least).
other things that are drawn from interviews: he's a hard worker, very persistent, determined, prefers cleanliness, can be blunt, might take things too seriously (there was one time when he did the digital music rankings with the blankest expression i've ever seen for quite a few minutes), likely closer to his grandmother than his parents, just wants the best for the people he loves.
tl;dr i love him ;_; feel free to disagree, of course, but this is just what i've gathered from watching one too many videos and attempting my own fic. good luck :)
