1.a. Meme will close regardless of comment count. A new post will not be created unless the current post has the maximum number of comments.
To clarify: From now on there will be no breaks between posts. Once 10,000 comments is reached, a new part will go up immediately.
2. IP logging stays on unless mods know there are multiple mods on who are willing to fight the page breaker. We realize that some of you are uncomfortable, but we're not doing anything with the IP and it is an effective deterrent against pagebreaks. It is the most efficient way to keep the meme running.
