Jessica is entering the follicular phase of the estrous cycle. Her anterior pituitary gland is secreting follicle-stimulating hormone, which will catalyze an estrogen surge. Jessica does not appear to be at all interested in the science behind her monthly increased libido, and would prefer to think she's horny just because.
