suho's characterization is so raw in this- it was exactly what i had imagined him to have gone through. and this: It's love because he fought for it with everything he had and he came back alive. ugh, my heart.

I'm really glad you like my characterization. I was afraid not a lot of people would accept it but this is kind of how I see him. He's not weak per say but he has his weak moments.

ACTUALLY!!! I really believe LSM is like a really good person (all that love the idols have for him HAS to have a basis!!!) and soooooo all the blame goes to KYM!!! :)))))

I like how Suho's development progressed in the story. I like how for once, the Kris and Lu Han situations weren't explored from a romantic perspective, but rather a personal one. I liked the introspective take on it, especially because most people tend to go for the "lost love" approach.

Joonmyun bows with nine other boys and falls in love again, not just with singing, not just with the stage. Joonmyun falls in love again with everything that has to do with being EXO, EXO's leader, and EXO's guardian.

> THAT LINE. It's lines like these that make me want to see EXO succeed. It makes me want Joonmyun to stay in love with everything that's got to do with EXO. Like I remembered in my college theology classes, it's easy to fall in love, it's difficult to stay in love. It takes a lot of effort to stay in love, and that's why I kind of feel like we EXO-L are responsible for reminding EXO why they fell in love with the stage, as we fell in love with them. (OMG. That's cheesy, I know. I'm so sorry)

Hahaha you know!!! that I almost took the romantic approach (cause duh suchen) but I really didn't want to do that because love is soooo alternate reality and I really just wanted to show Joonmyun's strength as a person. Since he was mostly alone and he faced everything alone (his inner demons), I think I was mostly able to show how strong he is/was as a person. in the sense that no one helped him realize anything at least.

And omg wow that comment. I def agree with your professor and yeah I'm glad I was able to show that stay in love thing even tho I didn't know that yet. I think that's really important when working on something you love. eventually, you lose your reason and it gets really hard but if you remember why you love something, why you do something, it gets you going :)

I really love what you've done with this fic. Your writing is so beautiful and poetic and I love how you keep blending the figurative with the literal. It gives a bit of an ethereal feeling to the fic, like Joonmyun is still dreaming, still idealistic despite everything that has happened. I really, really enjoyed this. <3
