I never write gongstal from Krystal's point of view so seeing it this way is incredibly precious. I am absolutely delighted to see soojung's transition. It is depressing, yes, but magical too. Chanshik features a lot less than I had imagined, but this is a perfect balance. In this instance, seeing her response to the chart numbers made it a lot more vivid to me - especially when she put value on her ability. That is a very important thing to me - a lot of people fail to see their strengths and fail to acknowledge the effort they have exerted. It is often not the result that matters but rather the process and seeing that reflected here was delightful.

To be frank, I had imagined soojung differently when I was writing it. Perhaps more 'wild' and haphazardly uncertain. But this kind of quiet pain is also very fitting. I have never really imagined that it would be this gongstal fic that anybody would write, but now that I think about it, it makes a lot of sense. Probably because it's more relatable. That whole school and parents wishes combination doesn't work out for most people - esp with kids from my background.

I had a kind of quiet glee fill me whenever I caught subtle little references to my vers in your writing. I really like that, seeing something and working off on a tangent originating from that. It's quite elegant, I like to think :)

HEEEEEEY. you don't even know how excited i was when i saw you were the person whose fics i was going to be remixing. it is an honor, bb <3

first ever full-fledged gongstal, and i have to say i kind of my lost myself while writing it. the words were just writing themselves, really. in the original version, yours, krystal was kind of to the side and it really was a gongchan-centric fic, and because i'm more experienced writing from her pov, it just seemed the most ideal way to go. i do love that you liked my krystal-version from what you had in mind, i was afraid i wasn't going to be able to get her down with a fic that wasn't originally mine, so really, to hear you say that /sighs/ it's wonderful.
