I love short hair
Okay so new hair. VERY NEW HAIR. Probably not very new to most of you who remember my short hair. Well it's back and I love it. I always forget how much hair can weigh down one's head. Case in point I cut off two ponytails worth of hair. Yeah....two pony tails.
My stylist tried to put it into one pony tail and then cut it off but my hair kept breaking the rubber bands. So he ended up putting it into pigtails and cutting it off that way. He took one off and set it down and said "This is a normal person's ponytail." Then he took off the other one and said "And this is your ponytail, not saying that this is a bad thing but dear god girl."
Anyhoo, it now takes me twenty seconds to comb through it wet as opposed to twenty minutes. I no longer break barrets, clips, hair ties, head bands and bobby pins. (not that I need hair ties.)
I can wash my hair with a dime size drop of shampoo as opposed to gargantuan amounts. This morning I goofed on the conditioner though. I didn't poor the old amount but I did poor a little more than needed.
I can let my hair blow in the wind without having to take a brush to it.... I actually no longer need my hairbrush or for that matter any of my old hair stuff.
I can style my hair with or without a hair dryer. It also only takes me about 2 minutes to dry it.
