Job seeking is frustrating

The search is slow. What makes matters worse, is now that I've decided I need out of here, I alternate from happy-go-lucky to extremely annoyed I'm still here.

I need to be a bit more pushy with recruiters and jobs but it's tiring and time consuming and I make a bit too much money. Since I'm trying for a slight career change I don't have quite the qualifications for the positions that my salary would demand, and jobs are loathe to believe someone would take a pay cut. It would hurt. I like money. No I love having money. But it's never been too important and I could take a decent decrease and not have too much to worry about.

As to Wow. I want to hit level 70 with my mage before the patch and level 70 with my priest before the expansion. the mage, level 67, should get there by the end of next weekend, and since the patch hasn't gone to public testing, I'm pretty confident that can be accomplished.

The priest might be a bit of a stretch, because I also want to do some heroics and horde cash for when the expansion hit. It took me 5 levels to get my heroic steed, in part because I only had about 100g when I started playing again. So when gold get nerfed because of higher level higher rewards, i don't want to be too far behind the learning curve. Jaenelleang also needs to get her enchanting up to snuff, she currently only 255 and her tailoring, which is at 336 needs to get to 375 or so. I'm not worried about tailoring, especially since I've started hoarding imbuned netherweave. I've current'y got about 20 stacks, but it's growing. I'm holding on to it because at 340 I can make imbuned bags and some armor. Currently, I'm only advancing from imbuing the netherweave, which is slow and requires 18 peices each, and it's only yello, so I still have some gathering to do.

I still don't understand why people say jewelcrafting is a sink. I've made more in that then I ever did in any of the other professions. Jaenelleang helped, because the moonsoul crowns required sould dust which I didn't have to buy AH. but the 15g Auction Value means I could have gotten it anyway. I finally made some commanders rings and I put them up on the AH for 20g a piece. We'll see how that goes. Jaenelleang provided the vision dust for that as well. Or was it for the owl trinket, which is only BoP so only Eddat can wear what she makes>_< It's a trincket, useable before level 40, it will sell!

Anyway. Back to work.
