Have you hugged an oceanographer today?
That was a bumper sticker on a car that I was stuck behind in the parking garage the other day. I was already a little late for work and they were inching their way around the floors, thereby making me even more late. Seriously, anyone who parks in that garage on a daily basis knows that there isn't any point to looking for parking on floors 1-4 after 8:30 am, so don't even bother looking. Just keep driving. But this car only inched its way up the floors, but also stopped at every turn. Those turning have the right of way and do not need to stop! So no, I did not hug an oceanographer, but there was one I really wanted to give the bird to!
The job hunt rolls on. It seems like all the jobs out there are for IT or are for fundraising/development. Boo.
On a totally unrelated note, I am very disappointed with the bathing suit designs at Target this year. Even more-so than last year. Where else can one get low cost bathing suits? Ideas?
