sacrum...sacred, sacrum
Woke up this morning with my entire lower back locked in a spasm of bundled, pinched nerves, and crunchy, painful bones. Have been employing new healing technique repeatedly over the course of the day, and the pain goes away, but then comes back. Apparently I have some doubts as to the strength of this method, and some idea that I don’t deserve to feel well.
Is snowing again, just showers, but already another inch on top of our foot. Want to stay on the couch with ice/hot water bottle, hot tea, a book, and children who amuse themselves quietly, gently, and don’t need me for anything, who are just glad to know that I’m resting comfortably on the couch, and could we bring you anything mummy?
That must be someone else’s life.
