I have a new theory.
You know how babies will wake up in the middle of the night crying and it's not that they need a new diaper, and they're not hungry because they won't eat, they're just crying and crying and won't stop?
They're crying because Dick Cheney exists.
So the next time your baby or someone else's baby starts crying and there's no reason, tell them that he's 65 and has a bad ticker-- it won't be too much longer now.
