Why Ask If You Don't Want to be Told?
No, I'm not referring to Ron's line in PoA. I'm referring to managers who say, "We value your opinion," but have already made up their mind about doing something else. Gah! Why did you hire me if you don't think I'm intelligent? And if I'm intelligent, why are you treating me like I'm not?
Must go skating and vent a little. *grrrr*
At least I got my glasses back today after work. I had to endure another day of comments at work about trying to hide from coworkers or thinking I'm too cool (hence the sunglasses).
