Remove his processor fan, and all fans in the computer for that matter. It will be funny when he's working and his computer just starts smoking and he can't figure out why.

Reverse his mouse in control panel, so it works like a left handed mouse (i.e. left click, right clicks)

Install stupid ammounts of adware

Chage his keyboard layout to a dvorak

Change the ie shortcut on his desktop to open email, and email to open ie

*shrugs* All I can think of at the moment, get creative with it! =)

some of it will have to wait until he starts though. we are running 2k and these boxes are on lock down, but i get the feeling that he wont think to lock the box when he goes to lunch. lol

"Reverse his mouse in control panel, so it works like a left handed mouse (i.e. left click, right clicks)"

That is what I was going to recommend. FYI, comp will shut down before any smoke is pouring out. Simplicity dictates that you should put tape on the bottom of his mouse. If its optical, lots of tape or dark tape.

Not if you set the bios to not shut down at a certain CPU temp. ;)

Yeah, that was just a joke...please don't do that!

I just threw that out there to throw people off...serious it will ruin the hardware...mainly motherboard and processor, but could be more depending on just how hot it gets.
