I couldn't think of a good reason NOT to post this here.
"If everyone in the US was able to reduce their 10.8 pieces of junk mail received each week, we could save nearly 100 million trees each year."
Blah blah blah, global warming, blah blah. But who doesn't like trees, really? I was in a coffee shop last night and I heard someone say that they don't like trees. I thought they were serious and looked up, only to see them giving their conversation partner a "just kidding" smile (apparently, this person doesn't know how to kid properly, do they? ;-)
Here are some websites you can try, but you have to update every time you move. I haven't tried it yet, but supposedly, DMA works to cut down on the junk. And if you don't like trees, maybe you want to save the mailperson the hassle of dealing with paper that you don't want anyway.
