Apogee Requests!

Ok, so I need an idea for a mission and I need it FAST. I thought I had one that worked but as it turns out, I don't. What can you do? So if there's something you've been wanting to see in Apogee, let me know! Preferably a general mission so I can edit accordingly. Like, if I had to describe 6's mission, I'd say "mystery space disease forces ground ( Read more... )

Oh, yay! \o/ I am so glad you decided to de-lurk and comment! :DDD LOL, my updating schedule confuses all.

That's cool. On to the questions, then!

Kirk: "Just one? That's impossible! It's everything, you know, it's the whole package deal. I mean, physically, he's gorgeous. Really fucking hot. And God, he knows how to use his hands. Have you seen the Vulcan nerve pinch? Shit. But besides that, well, his whole personality's just really great too. I mean, he's so funny! And smart, obviously really fucking intelligent in every way. And he's great to hang out with. I don't get why people feel uncomfortable around him, I seriously don't." *pause* "Wait, you're not going to tell anyone about this, are you? I mean, this is just between you and me, right? Because Bones would kill me if he found out I said anything. And Spock--" *looks horrified* "Oh God, you cannot tell Spock I said anything, all right? All right?" *panics*

Spock: "Captain Kirk can be described in many words, not all of them fit for public use. However, the three words which describe my view of the Captain as a friend the most are loyal, endearing, and humorous. Captain Kirk is loyal to a fault. He foolishly risks himself for those he cares about constantly. The Captain has several qualities that make him endearing to those around him. He is able to ingratiate himself with people he has met almost immediately after introducing himself. It is a skill to be valued and envied. I believe the third word is self-explanatory."

Scotty: "Eh, depends on the machine. Depends on the person, too. Some machines, like communicators and phasers, don't require all that much work. Then there are things like the transporter that are always breaking and need more love than emo Vulcans do. And you've got people like the Captain, who's fairly easy to talk to, and then there's, well, emo Vulcans. If you get my subtle message, and I think you do."

Uhura: "Funny, I actually don't recall asking you for advice. Here's some unsolicited advice of my own: don't lecture people you've never met about things you know nothing about." (... Looks like the advice got you slapped, anyway. Sorry. I re-wrote it to be NICER, too! It was worse before. D:)

Bones: "I'll take Sex on the Beach, but just the drink. I'm not Jim, you know."

Kirk:
Don't panic. I won't tell anyone, not to mention I'm on your side. You really have it bad, don't ya? I'll reword the question. So which of your (many) fantasies about Spock is your favourite? To put it crudely, what gets you off? (this doesn't have to be graphic, I'm happy with generalisations)

Spock:
Thats sweet. Has anyone ever told you that your sweet? It might not be something that you associate with yourself, but it's true. You need someone who can understand that. Some who respects the qualities that make you you. Your unique, you should celibate that.

Uhura: (yes, I can imagen it was worse the first time you wrote it)
*Puts hands on hips and gets her mothering tone on* Look you, You might not get this but I like you. Which is why I'm telling you this whole Spock and you thing isn't going to work. His whole logic/aloof/half vulcaness is what attracted you, (i'm not going to even get in to the issues of of being attracted to someone who in your understanding, has the emotions of a piece of wood) and now you want him to act like a human boyfriend? Thats a)unfair, b)not workable long term c)Actually kind of Alienist, Something I never would have thought I'd be accusing you of. In the long run this is only going to hurt you both.

(I'm having an argument with a fictional character, lord help me)

Bones:
I'm not Jim either, I actually think you'd make a great drinking companion. Here's the Sex on the Beach and I'll take the long island ice tea. What would you like to talk about?

Kirk: "... You are so perverted." *throws hands up in the air* "I love it!" *is excited* "Anything where Spock gets dressed up is great. And getting tied up, either one of us, it's all good. Everyone's been talking about this Nazi outfit, and I've got to say, I like the sound of that. But sometimes I'd rather imagine it was just slow, you know, like the two of us alone just taking hours to do it. And while I'm on the topic, I've got to say I'm dying to know what Spock looks like naked. There, I said it and I don't feel bad about it. And just imagining what his mouth and fingers would be like is just... nngh." *pause* "That wasn't too crude and graphic, right? I'll have to try harder next time."

Spock: "Thank you for your opinion, however I must point out that sweetness is not a personality trait commonly associated with Vulcans. Regarding your second point, my unique mixture of human and Vulcan blood is misunderstood by most people. I do not expect to find someone who can understand this issue. That would be illogical."

Uhura: "If you think I care what you think you're sorely mistaken. You've never even met a Vulcan. How can you try and give me advice on how to date one? And accusing me of prejudice against anyone is such bullshit. I'm probably the least prejudiced person you'll ever meet. It's great for you that you can sit there and give advice out as if you have all the answers in the universe, but some of us mere mortals have to wade through life and figure things out for ourselves."

Bones: *takes the drink* "Thanks." *looks pointedly at kowaiyoukai* "Do I really have to do this?" *kowaiyoukai prods him forward* "Oh, fuck it, fine." *sits down and shrugs* "I don't know, whatever. Something on your mind you'd like to discuss with me? It's what I'm here for, apparently."
