I've pretty much decided that I suck as an english major. Just got back my first paper in intro to english studies. It got a b+, but with comments like "A sentence filled with struggle and anguish: rephrase," I can't help but be discouraged. The shit was so marked up on the side that it barely fit.
Life seems to be trying to make things complicated for me lately, and this hole in my confidence is the last thing I need. Also, someone from my doctor's office left me a voicemail today, didn't say what it was about. I just had some bloodwork done for my thyroid, so I assume they need to change the levels or something. I really don't like having to play phone-tag over anything, much less medical bullshit.
I want this school week to be over already.
