Well, I wish! I also wish I could go on Deal or No Deal. That is an awesome show as most of you already know. I'm just coming in a little late in the game. I loved the girl from last night. She was awesome! And so was her family. I really wish she would have won. She was one case away too. She had the million in her case. But she did have a good reason to take the Deal, her baby daughter. And she still got $491,000 so that's not too bad.
I loved the Groundhog Day set-up. And the fact that Dean died a hundred times. Which, did suck but the way it was written was fantastic! It was a comedy with some angst behind it. That comedy/angst is very had to do but the writers pulled it off this episode. And Jared and Jensen did a great job in it. I also love the fact that the Trickster came back. And I'm intrigued because he didn't consider himself 'a bad guy', well not one of the bad guys running around now. Which makes sense since the Trickster is so much older than the current demons...well I assume he is anyway. And poor Sam. Always trying to save his brother and always failing. That was a bitch of a lesson. Nice of the Trickster to try and help but still...poor Sam. I was happy that Puppy!Sam made a reappearance. I've missed him. And this week's Supernatural? Totally gonna rock! I'm so excited!
Work is going okay. It kinda sucks though because I came in last week and learned a phone system and they're changing over to a new one this week. Blurp. I think it's going to be easy to use but the learning process is going to suck. Oh well. I'll get over it. And I'm sure I'll love the new system when I've got it down.
And I'm getting my first real check this Thursday (last week's doesn't count because it was only $11.55 and that was after they took out 95 cents in taxes). It's going to be over $325. I'm excited. Especially since this is the easiest job I've ever had. I take phone calls, get the customers' information and hand it off. Occasionally I get a customer who is angry about something I have no control over but I can handle those fairly well. Though I was asked yesterday to the effect of 'are you people down there mormons?' just because some idiot in the sales department gave her like five different numbers for her to try. Which means he's an idiot...not that people in AR are mormons. Yeah, this woman is from IL I think but she got her states mixed up. AR = Baptists or Methodists. UT = Mormons. I really wonder what stereotypes she associates with Mormons though. I've thought about it and I'm not coming up with anything that makes sense.
Another thing I like about work is that in between calls I can work on my fanfiction. I've almost got the prologue (which is huge by the way) for my Psych fanfic written out. I'm going to try and finish it today and type it up tonight. And when I get stuck I plot out other stories that I want to write. So, yay for that! I hope it doesn't change when we get this new system in. I don't think it will but you never know. Maybe I'll be able to catch up on my stories. I hope so. And I love the fact that I'm writing these stories out instead of just typing them up. It's a habit I need to get back into.
Last note: I will so be watching Dexter on CBS from now on. It looks like an awesome show! Okay, going to get back to work. Later!
P.S. YAY for the Writer's Strike being over! Woo Hoo!
