A Sobe epiphany
"Sobe loves you". Am I the only one who finds it weird that such a phrase is written on the bottle cap of a Sobe drink? I mean, of course Sobe loves me, I bought one of their drinks and thus contributed to their profits. I have made some middle class worked happy by spending my dollar something, sending that money to the factory that produces these drinks on a large mass at a rate probably half what the consumers pay. I have given my money into his salery, helped them get new equiptment, or maybe gave some one that raise they've been waiting for. All in my dollar something, I have done some lot of good.
I did not just buy this drink for my own happiness, but to make profits continue in the business world and make it so more drinks are created and I am not only gaining from my desire to drink said drink, but the world is gaining by giving that much more to the Sobe corporation.
I am what makes the world go 'round. I am the consumer, the life of the coperate world. I am the reason people get paychecks, marry, have kids, and get hired. I have helped a nameless person in my buying of said drink, even if but a little bit. I am worth something. All I need to do, is go out and buy a drink, or some such product of real unimportantness.
Why do I feel like Devin or Justin? lol
