Congratulations, Proposition 8! You've been sued.
And here we go again.... honestly, if they put a repeal on the ballot in 2010, hopefully it would pass. Voter turnout would be a lot lower in a year when there wasn't a presidential election, so only the people who really care about the issue would show up. So as long as we have more fanatics than they do... wow, what a daunting prospect. *sigh* But it's not every day a constitutional amendment gets sued for being unconstitutional. Only in America.
