So, today at work. It sucked. Everyone was PMSing. Patients were being bratty and their parents were being unreasonable. It was slow half the time and crazy half the time. All around, a total day of suck.
But, we had cake. Chocolate cake. Because it was Marisela's birthday over the weekend.
I don't think we've ever gotten stranger looks than when I suddenly burst out singing today: "But there's no use crying over every mistake; you just keep on trying 'til you run out of cake!" And Karasu responded, "Screw you, the cake is a lie!"
Yeah. I blame kimuracarter and thousandsmasque.
