On a much less controversial note, today marks a month from when I started working out three times a week, and so it was my measurement day. I've lost:
2.5 pounds,
1.5 inches off my bust,
2 inches off my waist,
2.5 inches off my hips
and 1 inch off each arm.
My abdomen and thighs appear to not have been measured correctly the first time. The woman that measured me today thinks the first woman was definitely off in those areas (which are harder to get exactly consistent.) So I'm going to make sure the woman that measured me today does if every time.
And I can feel it too...my clothes definitely feel like they fit better, and I'm feeling good in general. Yippee!
