Moxie update
He came home yesterday after his surgery in a very good mood. He was happy, cuddly, and ate very well. Whatever happens, he's not in bad shape yet. We've got some time.
The vet agreed that there wasn't much point in biopsying the tissue sample. There's really nothing other than cancer that could have been doing that kind of bone damage. We have very little choice here other than when to bring him in to end his misery.
But he's not in any misery yet. We'll have a longer length of time to say goodbye to him than we did to Mica, at least. That's the bright side I'm working on thinking about.
Thanks to everyone for their hugs and their stories. They are helping, a lot.
