I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS!
...okay, that's mostly for the [DW] icon.
Soooooo, our buyers are not budging as we try to negotiate extra time after closing (on a Thursday) to move out. Sooooooo, we're going to need to hire movers and pray, pray, pray that the owners of the house we're buying let us into the basement early to start emptying this house of eight years' worth of piled up stuff.
I'm terrified that it's a much bigger job than Jay thinks it is. And on that note, I'd like to ask my lovely, gorgeous, brilliant local friends that if they happen to have any afternoon free between January 3 and 19 and would like to help me pack/keep me company....that's pretty much all I'm going to be doing those two weeks, and I'm gonna need all the help I can get.
I'm going to have to delay the diss proposal until after that, I think. This and running the Winter Study class is more than I can deal with this month as it is.
