Happy 5th Birthday to Cassie

5 years ago this morning, I was on my way to be induced. Cassandra Leigh was born at 5:45 pm, weighing 7 pounds 14 ounces, measuring 21.5 inches long (and with a 15 and 5/8 inch head circumference!) She's been a joy and a delight, and taught us both how to be parents. We're still learning.

She's bringing star-shaped funfetti cupcakes to preschool, and tonight is dinner at Arizona Pizza (her choice.) Saturday she and 9 friends will be partying at Michaels craft store's classroom, while making foamie crafts. (Pennants, also her choice.)
