In other news, a woodpecker decided to carve out a little nest-hole right above where I park my bicycle. This was brought to my attention by the unending sawdust shower raining down on me while I was unlocking my bicycle. I looked up, seeing only a tiny feather sticking out of a hole, but that tiny feather was quickly followed by an entire bird with a mouthful of soggy cellulose which he tossed with a quick snap of his head before heading back into his hole to get some more. I swear it winked at me. ;)
