So today, we moved our compost bins from one side of the yard to the other after three years. In the process we discovered a few hundred pounds of rich composty soil, an ant colony... and a bee's nest, which we learned of when a cloud of bees swarmed out of the compost. Fortunately, they were more confused than angry, and apart from one buzzing
