It's just a little odd to read this, being a Spokanite myself.

I don't usually read animal!fics, but this one came highly recommended, and then I saw the setting. I couldn't very well say, 'No,' to a story that takes place practically at home! And honestly? I'm glad. In this one chapter, I've been pleasantly surprised. This is a good story. I'm hooked! I'm very glad I've given it a chance. And now I'm onward to the next chapter. :)

:D Hooked, you say! Always good to hear. This chapter was, especially the first part, a little heavy on the symbolic and short on action, so I'm glad it didn't scare you away. I'm quite excited that someone liked it enough to recommend, too! \o/
