From the desk of your absentee mod...
Welcome to all the new folks and a continued thanks for your contributions to all those who've been here for awhile.
Wow. I haven't been around much and for that, I apologize to all of you. It has been an incredible rough summer for me on a personal level with a death in my family and I know that my fellow mod, skinship has been incredibly busy with work and school. I thank everyone of you for being great members and not giving us too much shite for being absentee.
That being said, I don't want anyone to believe that because we're not a high traffic community that means we don't care. I've always believed that the most successful communities are the ones where the mods treat the community members as adults and considering I've never had a single moment of wank brought to my immediate attention, I have no reason to believe I'm wrong.
So for now I'm just going to keep the community puttering along as it has. As always, I give a certain amount of leeway with posting (aside: Just as long as you follow the posting format and don't bring up my personal pet peeve which is well articulated on the community info page) and like I've mentioned before, I'm not opposed to discussions here if you think it'll help the creative process as long as it's labeled as such.
I'm going to try to get everyone's stuff that's been posted within the last few months into the memories and I'm also going to get to adding tags to make searching easier. If anyone has any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask them here in this post.
