Finished watching Elfen Lied. I bought it yesterday. Comment? GREAT!! (I always give nice comments to the anime that I bought, *lol*)
The story goes around the "Diclonius", a mutated homo sapien (oh, that's the scientific name for human being) that is said to be selected by God and eventually become the destruction of mankind. This "Diclonius" possesses two horns on their head and has a "sixth sense" (describe by the invisible hands coming out from their body) which gives it telekinetic abilities. (The Diclonius are considered dangerous to the human being due to their powers, therefore they have been captured and isolated in a laboratory by the government). One of the Diclonius, Lucy managed to escaped from the laboratory after brutally killed most of the security officers in the lab; two teenagers, Yuka and Kouta found her at the beach where they used to play together with Kanae, Kouta's sister who died in a tragic murder. Lucy seems to have split personality, one is the brutal Lucy and the other is Nyuu who had lost her memories (Since the other Lucy only says the word "Nyuu", Kouta named her after it).
Nice anime, with great storyline and beautiful character designs. Well, there are some ecchi scenes, and some of the scenes might be terrifying to some viewers. (Scenes where heads and parts of bodies were ripped off from the body by using hands that are invisible) Overall, I think it's nice. (I'm talking like I'm an anime critics, *laughs*)

The seiyuu (voice actor/actress) for Lucy is the same for Touya Akira in Hikaru no Go, and the seiyuu for Nana is the same for Shindou Hikaru in Hikaru no Go as well. Coincidence?
