На практику выхода у данного исследования фактически нет, потому что "his finding poses a somewhat greater challenge for successful implementation of treatment strategies based on alternating antibiotics because isolates must be identified at a subspecies level. Such a strategy could become more viable as pathogen whole-genome sequencing and rapid antibiotic susceptibility tests are more widely adopted."
