I found how well works "imagining I fill with real love my thoughts and emotions" - espessially disturbing ones.

I found it recently by advicing Natalia Pokrovskaya with her Sending Love problems. She would feel something like she can't send love. I'd advice - imagine filling with love your inability to send love. Whatever reason her mind (or subconscious mind) would give her on why she can't send love - I'd advice imagining filling it with love too.
And sooner or later she would get to a place where she could send love for 1-3 seconds.
Then I adviced her to imagine she can send love longer and it's working for her. (Because we can imagine anything!)
